The IMAC requests consist of;· Installation or recovery of complete trading infrastructure at a Customer premises· Allocation of IP address ranges· The addition or ceasing of Equities or Financial services· Ordering and installation of high bandwidth infrastructure (E3’s; DS3’s) for distribution· Installation or ceasing of post trade services· Internal or external relocation of trading services Manage day to day running of the IMAC team To manage support service processes relating to the role and ensure that they are best practice and fit for purpose. Responsible for IMAC budgets, this includes hardware & professional resources in Europe and the US. Provide monthly financial reports to Head of Technical Support Services. Manage capacity of the global distribution infrastructure. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining global IMAC stock levels. To provide detailed management updates*reports on a weekly*monthly basis To maintain detailed records of all IMAC requests MSB Technology (a division of MSB International PLC) is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
